International Joint Conference IBERAMIA/SBIA/SBRN 2006

The IBERAMIA/SBIA/SBRN 2006 Organizing Committee invites proposals for
workshops to be held at the International Joint Conference, which will
take place October 23-27, 2006, in Ribeirão Preto-SP, Brazil.
The workshops will be held on October 27 and 28 (one day after the end
of the conference).
We solicit proposals on any topic of interest to the International
Joint Conference community, which includes:
IBERAMIA/SBIA 2006 topics
AI Development Tools and Methodologies
AI Foundations (philosophy, epistemology, economics, etc.)
AI in Education and Intelligent Tutoring Systems
Autonomous Agents and Multi-Agent Systems
Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition

Hybrid Systems (Fuzzy, Genetic, Neural, Symbolic)
Knowledge Acquisition and Machine Learning
Knowledge Discovery and Data Mining

Planning and Scheduling
Robotics
Theoretical and Logical Methods
Uncertainty
SBRN topics
Applications: finances, data mining, neurocontrol, time series analysis, bioinformatics
Architectures: cellular NNs, hardware and software implementations, new models, weightless models
Working notes of the workshops will be made available to participants
in electronic form (CD).
IMPORTANT DATES
February 10, 2006 - Deadline for submission of workshop proposals (February, 17 extended deadline)
March 17, 2006 - Notification of authors
Workshop Submission
All proposals should be submitted in english, by electronic mail to the
